Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Monitor parts usage and trends to optimize inventory management.
  • Maintain good relationship with fleet customers through efficient quotations, orders taking, order follow-up and parts deliveries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts and components.
  • Report and follow up with suppliers on parts defects / missing claim and parts catalogue errors.
  • Facilitate communication between the workshop team and parts team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain organized and efficient storage of parts in compliance with safety standards
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and assist in inventory control processes.
  • Prepare reports on inventory status, parts usage, and pricing strategies for management review.
  • Other ad-hoc projects upon request.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in parts management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • More experience will be considered as Parts Officer.
  • Location: Lau Fau Shan, Yuen Long District
