Description & Requirements
- Lead execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across key platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, and relevant China digital ecosystems
- Support customer acquisition initiatives through performance marketing and lead generation programs
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and conversion trends
- Coordinate landing pages, tracking mechanisms, and campaign reporting
- Work closely with IT, CR and sales teams to improve lead follow-up effectiveness
- Support data-driven marketing decisions through analysis of customer journeys, acquisition sources, and retention performance
- Act as day-to-day marketing liaison with OEM teams
- Coordinate launch assets, campaign requirements, and marketing timelines from OEM partners
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and reporting expectations
- Translate strategic direction into local market execution plans
- Support planning and execution of launches, showroom activations, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure alignment between digital campaigns and offline touchpoints (Showroom, events)
- Coordinate agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of launch materials
- Integrate digital engagement into launch and event planning
- Manage digital, creative, and production agencies on campaign execution
- Develop clear briefs and review deliverables against performance objectives
- Track timelines, deliverables, and budget utilization
- Supervise and guide Marketing Officers in campaign execution and daily operations
- Support adoption of digital marketing best practices across the team
- Improve workflow efficiency and operational discipline
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building initiatives
- Prepare regular performance and campaign reports for internal stakeholders
- Maintain structured documentation of campaign activities and learnings
- Support implementation of marketing systems, tools, and process improvements
- 8–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in:
- Automotive, OEM or China-based companies
- Luxury or retail goods marketing environments
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns
- Experience managing integrated marketing and launch projects
- Experience working directly with Chinese counterparts, or in a Chinese company
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms
- Familiarity with CRM, customer journey management, and marketing analytics
- Experience coordinating agencies and cross-functional teams
- Solid project management and execution capability
- Fluent in Mandarin professionally
- Able to work in Chinese working environment (Email and presentation in Chinese)
- Exposure to China digital ecosystems (e.g., WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)
- Experience managing junior team members
- Understanding of automotive retail or dealership operations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Execution-driven with strong ownership and can-do mindset
- Structured thinker with strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach
