Job Description
The jobholder is responsible for:
  • To provide warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved
  • Performance vehicle introduction
  • Fascinating customers with our products and features and ensuring customers begin their DENZA premium experience with full knowledge of the brand and products
  • Taking part in vehicle deliveries
  • Document lead progression journey in CRM system
  • Delivery the “Best Customer Experience” with Zung Fu and DENZA
  • Assist in process sales order documentation
  • To support ad hoc assignments arranged by Sales Consultant 
Job Requirements
  • Tertiary education or above, with Chinese and English (Syllabus B) passed in HKCEE or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of customer servicing experience in motor industry or luxury retail
  • Passionate about cars and keen on developing a career in the motor industry
  • Knowledge in EV trends and related policy
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, pleasant and a good team player
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficient in MS Office
  • Willing to take up shift duty
  • Driving license is required
  • Experience in motor industrial is a plus
  • Paper I and Paper II of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) is preferred
  • Work Location: Kowloon Bay
