Performing vehicle introduction
Fascinating customers with our products and features and ensuring customers begin their smart ownership experience with full knowledge of the brand and products
Taking part in vehicle deliveries
Delivering the “Best Customer Experience”
Job Requirements
  • Tertiary education or above, with Chinese and English (Syllabus B) passed in HKCEE or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer servicing experience in motor industry or luxury retail  
  • Passionate about cars and keen on developing a career in the motor industry
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, pleasant and a good team player
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficient in MS Office
  • Willing to take up shift duty
  • Driving license is required
  • Experience in motor industrial is a plus
  • Paper I and Paper II of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) is preferred
  • Work Location: Chai Wan / Wan Chai / Hung Hom / Tai Wai
