Description & Requirements

Job Description
Warranty Claim Handling:
Manage end‑to‑end warranty claim processing, including document review, system entry, and submission. Handle around 400 claims per month for multi‑brand vehicles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on‑time submission. Provide related technical support as needed.

Warranty Process Coordination:
Coordinate and align warranty operations across all service centers under the Multi‑Brand Operating Model (MBOM) to ensure consistent and efficient processes.

Process Monitoring & Improvement:
Support the Manager/Assistant Manager in monitoring MBOM warranty processes, identifying issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Information & Communication Management:
Distribute OEM technical updates, warranty guidelines, recalls, and Service Measures (SM) to all service centers. Collect feedback and report summarized updates to management.

Recall & Service Measures Execution:
Organize and track the implementation of OEM recalls and Service Measures, ensuring compliance with factory standards and reporting progress regularly.

Document Control & Filing:
Manage warranty, technical, and OEM standard documents to ensure proper, accurate, and traceable filing.

Training & Technical Support:
Assist in organizing technical seminars and warranty training for service center staff. Provide technical support and resolve warranty-related issues arising from inspections.

Compliance & Safety Oversight:
Support supervision of service centers’ compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and relevant industry standards.

Meeting Coordination:
Arrange internal and OEM technical/warranty meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

Additional Duties:
Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by management and support special departmental projects.
