1.  Customer Segmentation and Targeting

·        To perform customer segmentation through statistical modelling & constantly review the segmentation model

·        To take ownership in customer targeting for marketing communications (such as eDM, SMS, call list), for more personalization, higher relevance to our members

2. Customer Analytics

·        To prepare customer survey & analysis to understand & identify customer needs & preferences

·        To provide customer analysis and drive insights and recommendations from the results to address business questions; as well as new business opportunities

·        To conduct campaign evaluations, measure effectiveness & provide recommendations to improve future response/ ROI

3. Data Management

·        To identify, collect & analyze data to build dashboards / automate reports to monitor the member activities & KPIs, as well as improve efficiency and data quality

·        To support the launch of loyalty program including data preparation, migration & integration

·        To work with cross-team and external parties on IT related enhancement and development of CRM systems such as user requirement gathering, database integration and maintenance, UAT and implementation, etc.

4. Ad-hoc projects/tasks

·        University Graduate in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent discipline will also be considered 

·        4+ years’ experience in Data Analytics in any industry

·        Experience in data modelling (in any industry) is preferred

·        Proficient in programming languages & CRM tools including SQL, Python, Power BI

·        Strong analytical skills with business and numerical sense

·        Able to deliver impactful communications on-time and accurately

·        Multi-tasking, prioritized & efficiency in coordinating supporting functions

·        Strong project management skills with the ability to manage, implement and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills in English and Chinese
