Job Description

- To Provide professional advice in passenger cars maintenance and other technical services
- To follow up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently

Job Requirements

- F.5.or above
- Experience in customer service/ retail/ automotive industry
- Candidate with a valid driving license in Hong Kong will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualification
Secondary School (F6 / DSE/ IB)
