Job Description
  •  Providing warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved.
  • Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently.
  • Supporting marketing / promotional activities and perform administrative duties.
  • Support ad hoc assignments arranged by managers.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in customer service / retail / aviation or hotel industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proactive and Positive working attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work on shift (5.5 days per week, Monday – Sunday)
  • Work locations: Hung Hom
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
