About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Assistant Digital Advertising Manager or Digital Advertising Manager for more experienced candidate, to lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and being the guru in online advertising. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, leads and traffic, customer engagement, and eCommerce performance through online advertising (inclusive of social media), content planning, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will bring strong online or digital advertising experience and analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, and a deep understanding of online advertising tools and skills and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand and business objectives.
  • Manage omnichannel marketing campaigns across eCommerce platforms, websites, social media, SEO/SEM and digital advertising, and drive traffic to our platform and showrooms.
  • Oversee content strategy and may require to help on copywriting for digital campaigns, websites, and corporate communications.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic leads, conversion rates and ROI; apply insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to enhance user experience and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, aftersales) and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives.
  • Track digital investment and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ideally with experience in online advertising planning and buying / placement.
  • May required to assist other marketing functions, such as, running events (but may not be major).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, CRM, and eCommerce, preferably in Luxury Retail and Automotive Industry.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms not limited to Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, and Shopify.
  • Solid understanding of content management systems, social media platforms and UX/UI principles.
  • Proven ability to analyse data, generate insights and optimize marketing performance.
  • Experienced in online media agency is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working cross-functionally and managing external partners.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Being humble, and eager to explore new things and learn.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a manager position.
