職責概要
Job Summary: The Corporate Communication and Sustainability Intern will support the implementation of internal communications initiatives and events, sustainability reporting, and colleagues’ engagement events under the broader People & Culture department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Communication:
  • Assist in drafting internal newsletters, Linkedin posts and other communication materials.
  • Support the management of the company’s corporate Linkedin and corporate website.
  • Coordinate internal communication efforts, including townhall, and assist in organising colleagues engagement events, including executive meetings and workshops.
2. Sustainability:
  • Support the preparation of sustainability reports and documentation
  • Assist in organising sustainability-related events and activities, such as waste reduction programs, volunteering programs and more.
3. Administrative Support:
  • To also provide general administrative, design and editorial support, to the People & Culture department
職位要求
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and principles is a plus.
