職責描述與要求

職責概要

- To be responsible for the facilitation of sales activities, help to link customers to Sales Consultant and initiate first point of contact with customers through greetings

- Providing warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved

- Handling inquiries raised by customers

- Supporting various customer events and perform administrative duties

- Supporting ad hoc assignments arranged by managers

職位要求

- Diploma holder or above

- At least 2 years relevant customer service experience would be an advantage

- Honesty and Integrity

- Self motivated and positive

- Team player

- Good communication & human skill
