About the Job 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Officer is a highly collaborative and analytical role responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns. You will work cross-functionally to deliver marketing initiatives that contributes to brand and business growth, owning everything from activation to detailed performance reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a diverse range of initiatives, from tactical promotions to high-impact brand and retail activations
  • Stay informed on competitor trends and activities
  • Own the campaign lifecycle from initial briefing through to execution, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned to deliver high-impact results on time and against key objectives.
  • Partner with Commercial, internal and external marketing teams to drive integrated marketing planning and "best-in-class" campaign management
  • Track success metrics, own weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, providing deep-dive post-campaign analysis.
職位要求
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing role
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across complex, cross-functional teams.
  • A proven track record of "making things happen," highly-organised with a focus on delivering high-quality results efficiently and ability to prioritise and execute multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Enjoys interpreting data to build insight-led marketing plans in using analytical tools.
