職責描述與要求
- 負責一般辦公室行政及文書工作,包括:
- 處理收發郵件、內部文件、快遞及報刊
- 辦公室物資補給及存貨管理
- 定期進行紙張及碳粉盒回收
- 協助設置會議室及安排座位
- 執行外勤工作,包括:前往銀行、郵局及運輸署遞送及收取文件
- 按需要擔任後備公司司機,包括:駕駛公司私家車接送公司行政人員或客人
- 確保提供安全、準時及專業的接送服務
- 最少 3 年駕駛經驗
- 持有效駕駛執照,並具良好駕駛紀錄
- 有禮貌、守時、具責任感及專業工作態度
- 能獨立工作,並能細心遵從指示
- 操流利 廣東話 及具備 基本英語 能力
- 熟悉香港道路及交通規例者優先考慮
- 合約期滿後,視乎工作表現享約滿酬金及按公司運作需要有機會獲續約
