職責描述與要求

職責概要

Coordinate Zung Fu Multibrand Operating Model (MBOM) warranty processes

Monitor and review the effectiveness MBOM warranty processes with Manager/ Assistant Manager, Workshop

Circulate technical guidelines, warranty operational update, recalls, Service Measures (SM) from OEM to service centres timely

Execute all recall and SM timely in accordance with OEM standards and report to Manager/ Assistant Manager, Workshop

Ensure warranty and technical-related document, and other applicable files are accurately, effectively archived

Support Manager/ Assistant Manager, Workshop to deliver technical workshop and training over OEM Dealer Standards

Provide technical support to follow-up tasks consolidated from internal regular inspection

Support Manager/ Assistant Manager, Workshop to ensure service centres operational compliance to occupational safety, health (OSH) policies

Coordinate regular technical warranty meetings internally and with OEM

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

職位要求

Higher Diploma or above

2 years relevant working experience is preferred

Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Organized, accurate and detail-oriented

Proficiency in MS Office

Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Immediate available is preferred
