We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced *Technical Expert* to join our team at our automotive after-sales service center. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality technical support, efficient troubleshooting, and effective training for our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and technical training, as well as the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to achieve operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities*

1. Technical Support and Guidance

   - Provide direct support and guidance to technicians for fault diagnostics, repairs, or return-to-factory cases. 

   - Assist with complex troubleshooting and ensure timely and effective resolution of technical challenges. 

   - Monitor unresolved cases, provide support for pending solutions, and follow up until issues are resolved. 

- Work on ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by line managers to achieve company objectives.

2. Training and Development

   - Develop and deliver technical training programs to enhance team members' knowledge of brand-specific technologies. 

   - Conduct on-the-job training and share best practice case studies regularly to improve the diagnostic and repair skills of technicians. 

   - Create training courses tailored to company needs, provide mentoring, and share professional expertise with staff. 

   - Evaluating personal ability performance and tracking it periodically is essential for understanding progress and identifying areas for improvement.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

   - Regularly prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. 

   - Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance team performance. 

   - Establishing business relationships and facilitating OEM communications while providing updated information or inquiries for development.

4. Communication and Collaboration

   - Maintain effective communication with internal departments, management, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. 

   - Collaborate with management to address and resolve technical challenges across the organization. 

5. Product and Diagnostics Management

   - Manage and oversee diagnostic tools and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in troubleshooting. 

   - Provide support on complex diagnostic processes and the use of specialized equipment. 

   - Ensure compliance with brand repair processes and technical guidelines. 

6. Knowledge Sharing

   - Act as a subject matter expert for vehicle service, repair, and diagnostic systems. 

   - Share expertise on vehicle structure, systems, functional components, and assembly processes.
