職責描述與要求
- Provide frontline support for desktop-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Assist users with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and applications.
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support and troubleshoot audio and video conferencing meetings.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of desktop environments.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best support possible.
- Higher Diploma or above in IT-related disciplines.
- At least 3+ years of work experience in user desktop support service.
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common desktop applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
